Stop calling your Roadmap a strategy
Most product teams say they have a strategy, but what they often have is a roadmap, a prioritisation framework, or a list of stakeholder requests. In this session, I’ll share practical ways to move from feature planning to real strategic choices: where to play, how to win, what to say no to, and how to connect product decisions to business outcomes. The goal is to make strategy less abstract and more useful for PMs working in messy, fast-moving organisations.
