The template of must have - should have - nice to have is a stalwart. But getting as far as 'should haves' can be a luxury in many cases. More often than not as a product person you are dealing with making hard calls between must haves - trying to 'cut corners off circles'.
This session is to have a chat about shared experiences and pool insights about what has worked in these situations, what hasn't.
The goal would be to dig into real stories - and generate an easy framework that could be used in those tricky customer/stakeholder calls.
